All experience vouchers are valid from April to the end of October of the year stated on the voucher. They can be used on any day of the week providing a booking date has been arranged.

Full payment is required before vouchers can be used.
If your voucher expires you can update it by paying £30. This means it can be used between April and October of the following year.
We do not give refunds for any reason, however in the event of a day being cancelled due to bad weather we will arrange to try again on the next mutually convenient date.
