TV and Film Projects

Jonathan worked on the BBC 2 series with Johnny Kingdom which features 'Samson' the Golden Eagle and Peregrine Falcons. The programme was filmed in the summer of 2007 but is due to be screened in March 2008.

Jonathan worked on the BBC children's TV programme Britain's top 40 wildlife spectacles. The programme looks at Golden Eagles and includes dramatic footage of a Peregrine in a stoop from 1000 feet. Jonathan was a contributor and co presenter. The programme is due to be screened in 2008. Date not confirmed yet.

Jonathan is currently filming for a TV series to be screened some time in 2008/2009. The series will feature hang gliding with falcons and eagles, sky diving with falcons, hunting with birds of prey, rescue and rehabilitation of wild birds, the life of a professional falconer.

Future projects include Sky diving with Peregrine falcons and Hang gliding/Para gliding with Golden Eagle Red Kite, Harris Hawk and Peregrine falcons for Japanese TV. Also working on documentary on White Gyr Falcons in Greenland/Iceland.
